How the work pays

K100 per meeting

You earn when a business owner you booked attends the meeting. If they reschedule and attend later, you still earn.

Paid every week

Commissions are sent weekly to your MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money account.

Commission only

There is no base pay. What you earn depends on the meetings you book that take place.

Anyone can apply. Right now we're focused on Zambia. You don't need sales or tech experience.

Do I have to pay to apply?

No. The free route is always open. K99 support is optional help with your application.

Why is paying by mobile money easier?

Most people don't have a debit or credit card, so we take mobile money instead. You pay from your phone and send us the reference from the SMS.

How do I get paid for the work?

You earn K100 each time a meeting you booked takes place, including rescheduled meetings that happen later. Commission is sent weekly by MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money. There's no base pay.

I'm outside Zambia. Can I apply?

Yes. Anyone can apply, although our current focus is Zambia. Check that you can receive MTN or Airtel Money before you start.

How long until I hear back?

You get your status page as soon as you apply. K99 payments are checked by hand, usually the same day. We update your page as your application moves forward.

K99 support terms

  • K99 support is optional. You can always apply for free.
  • K99 pays for our help: a rewritten résumé, interview questions with suggested answers, and our submission and referral of your application.
  • It does not guarantee an interview or a job. The hiring company makes the final decision.
  • You get one final rewritten résumé, with no revisions.
  • The fee is nonrefundable.
